How long does a delivery take?
Almost always the same day. Cozumel is small: most deliveries downtown arrive in under an hour, depending on the day’s load.
What won’t you carry?
No live animals, no controlled medication, no alcohol without a receipt, nothing illegal. If you are not sure, send us a photo and we will tell you.
Can I send something fragile?
Yes. Let us know so we can stow it separately and strap it down. We ask that it come packed; if you need help packing, tell us.
Do you deliver off the island?
Yes, to Playa del Carmen: we pick up in Cozumel and deliver the next day. We also drop off and collect packages at the ferry terminal and the island’s parcel offices.
How do I know it arrived?
We message you on WhatsApp the moment it is delivered, with the name of whoever received it or a photo of the delivered package.
